THIRTY-FOUR men accused of 304 crimes in a town at the centre of a child grooming scandal are still awaiting trial, it has been revealed.
They have yet to have their cases heard, with the suspects due to face trial either later this year or in 2025.

The revelation comes after a report last week accused police and council workers of a number of failures that left girls as young as 12 at the mercy of abusers.
Dozens of men were nicked as part of five police ops on child sex exploitation in Rochdale that dates back to 2002.
Greater Manchester Police has apologised and said it is focused on re-examining evidence and bringing fresh charges against suspects.
