Score Predictor simply asks you submit predicted outcomes for selected fixtures each Matchweek.

Most of the time, you will be tasked with predicting Premier League games but, as the season progresses, you will also have to tackle the Carabao Cup, FA Cup, Uefa’s European competitions and international breaks.

You will score points based on the accuracy of your predictions:

Correct Outcome +1

Correct Score +2

Outcome refers to the general result: home win, draw or away win.

So if you predict a 4-0 win for Liverpool over Burnley at Anfield and it ends up just 2-0 to the Reds, you will still earn one point for a correct outcome.

Most importantly, a correct score prediction will not only earn you three points (one for a correct outcome plus two for a correct score) it will earn you an entry into the end-of-season prize draw, when somebody will win £10,000.

Every correct score prediction improves your chances of winning the prize draw so each one is to be celebrated.

Your total points will also determine your position in the overall leaderboard, as well as any Mini Leagues you wish to create or join.

Please note, there are no prizes for the Score Predictor leaderboard this season.

Matchweek 1 features the first full round of league fixtures, starting with Liverpool v Bournemouth’s curtain-raiser on Friday evening (August 15th) and finishing with Leeds v Everton on Monday night (August 18th).

Enter your predictions for all ten fixtures before the first of the Matchweek kicks off to submit a valid entry.

You can edit predictions up to kick-off of each game.

For example, if you initially predict a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in Matchweek 1 but don’t like the look of Manchester United’s starting line-up come 3:30pm on the first Sunday of the season, you can change your prediction to a 3-1 Arsenal win if that feels more likely.

As always, we encourage you to compete in Mini Leagues against friends, family or colleagues.
