Bellingham, 22, went under the knife in London three weeks ago.
He had been struggling with the problem for more than 18 months after dislocating his left shoulder following an awkward fall against Rayo Vallecano in November 2023.
But after being fed up of playing with a sling and needing strapping to prevent further damage, the Real Madrid and England star opted to get the procedure done.
Lean Bellingham took to social media to update fans on his progress, posting a video of him doing some mobility exercises with a band while topless in white adidas shorts.
Another clip saw him working with a physio to test out the recovering shoulder.
And a large scar running from his armpit up and over the joint was clearly visible.
Bellingham uploaded the videos as part of a series from his holiday to Jamaica.
The Instagram post – captioned “one love” – has racked up more than 2million likes in less than 24 hours.

He also shared it on his story, with the caption: “3 weeks post op”, with a praising hands emoji.
Immediately after the surgery, Bellingham wrote on Instagram: “Thank you to Andrew Wallace and Susan Alexander, their team and everyone at Fortius Clinic for the surgery and hospitality.
“To Ivan Ortega and Dr Leyes for travelling to support.
“And finally, to everyone else for all the well wishes and messages of love.
“The process to come back has already started, see you soon.”
Bellingham will miss the early part of the 2025-26 season as he continues his rehab.
The midfielder could be out until as late as November – but will be keen to hit the ground running as he looks to add to his LaLiga and Champions League winners’ medals from his debut season at the Bernabeu.
But he may be targeting Real’s league clash with Getafe on October 19 which comes after the second international break.
