News Spurs boss Thomas Frank is in the market for attacking reinforcements following the exit of club legend Son Heung-Min, who recently joined Los Angeles FC.

The potentially season-ending knee injury to James Maddison has also added to the Dane’s desire for more creativity.
And according to Fabrizio Romano, the former Brentford boss has approached City about the possibility of taking on the services of Savinho.
He wrote on X: “Tottenham open club-to-club talks to sign Savinho from Man City!
“Negotiations [are] ongoing between Spurs and City, also understand Savinho’s open to the move if the clubs can agree on [a] fee.
“#THFC boss Thomas Frank indicated Savinho as [an] ideal player.”
Savinho’s reportedly willingness to leave the Etihad comes as a surprise given that he had plenty of first-team football last season.
The winger made 48 appearances for Pep Guardiola‘s side last season, scoring three times and providing a whopping 13 assists.
Savinho joined City last summer from French side Troyes for a fee of £30.8million.

And he was chomping at the bit to help the Citizens win silverware in his maiden season at the Etihad, which they failed to do.

City kick off their Premier League campaign on Saturday evening with a trip to Molineux to take on Wolves.
Spurs, meanwhile, will welcome Burnley to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier in the day.
The two sides will clash at the Etihad a week on Saturday in a 12:30 kick-off.
