However, the playmaker is not expected to leave Selhurst Park before Palace’s Conference League home tie against Fredrikstad on Thursday.

And the England international’s potential departure will also depend on whether or not the Eagles can land a replacement before the summer transfer window slams shut.

SunSport understand Oliver Glasner’s side are keeping tabs on Wolves star Hwang Hee-chan.

Palace are considering a season-long loan deal for Hwang, 29, ahead of transfer deadline day.

The striker amassed only two goals and one assist in 25 appearances last season, having endured two injury setbacks.

But he had previously established himself as a key attacking option for Wolves since his move from RB Leipzig in 2021.

Palace are also chasing Leicester star Bilal El Khannouss after his team’s relegation to the Championship.

While Club Brugge star Christos Tzolis is a target following an impressive season in Belgium.

Reports suggest Palace offered £26million for Tzolis, 23, but Brugge turned them down.

The winger, who spent three years in Norwich‘s books before his move to Bruges last year, already has three goals and two assists in a total of seven appearances this season.

That is after another impressive campaign last term that saw the Greece international scoring 21 goals and creating 16 assists in 56 appearances.

Tzolis is considered as one of the most exciting young talents that took the sport by storm ever since breaking out with PAOK in 2019.
