FORGOTTEN Manchester United flop Nick Powell has joined a new club just hours after having his contract ripped up.
The 31-year-old midfielder was signed for £6million by Sir Alex Ferguson for the Red Devils in 2012.

Powell, who previously impressed at Crewe Alexandra, was tipped to become the next big thing at Old Trafford.
But he ended up playing just nine times for United in four years.
Powell’s travels have since seen him play for Wigan and Stoke, while he was most recently at Stockport County.
However, the League One side yesterday announced that his contract had been terminated by mutual agreement.
And just hours later, Powell landed a new club in their divisional rivals Bradford City.
The switch comes as the two sides prepare to face each other TONIGHT.
It remains to be seen whether Powell makes his debut against his former side so soon.
He played 36 times for Stockport in the 2023/24 campaign as they won promotion from League Two.

But Powell was reduced to just nine games last season, leading to his shock Bradford switch.
Speaking about his switch, Powell declared: “I am really pleased to be here. I spoke to (boss) Graham Alexander, he sold the club to me and I am raring to go.
“The crowd here is a massive draw, having such large attendances in League One is a massive pull for anyone.”
New boss Alexander added: “Nick’s ability is undoubted and he is determined to rediscover the form he has shown many times previously.
“It is a deal that suits both parties and we are looking forward to helping him enjoy his football and show his quality once more.”
