A WOMAN has died following after a car ploughed into two pedestrians in a horrific late-night crash outside a shopping centre.
The victim, 21, and a second woman were struck outside Gracechurch Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, shortly before midnight yesterday.
She tragically died from her injuries at the scene, West Midlands Police said.
The second woman was treated for a leg injury which is not thought to be life-threatening.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and were in custody today as enquiries continued.

“We are continuing our enquiries and are keen to hear from anyone who was driving near the scene or in the streets nearby before or after the collision happened.
“Any dashcam or doorbell footage you have would really help our investigation.”
