Fans flooded in to watch Brit ace Emma Raducanu, America’s Ben Shelton, Novak Djokovic and Co.

It was a hot day out in Queens, with plenty of options for supporters to get stuck into.

Like most tennis tournaments around the world, it doesn’t come cheap at the US Open, though.

A 500ml bottle of Evian water will set you back $7 (£5.18p).

A larger one, at 750ml, will cost a hefty $9 (£6.65p).

If something more alcoholic is your taste, it comes at a price.

The famous Honey Deuce cocktail, which can also come frozen, is $23 (£17).

They made more than $12.8 MILLION (£9.46m) from the drink alone in 2024.

The USTA sold a staggering 556,000 of the drink last year.

It is made from Grey Goose vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemonade and three Honeydew Melon Balls.

And they are expecting a similar return this time around, maybe even surpassing it.

Meanwhile, the iconic Match Point and First Serve cocktails come at $20 (£14.79 each).

And a Ace Paloma is the same price, but made with tequila.

A 16oz Heineken – which is the equivalent of a pint – costs a mammoth $16 (£11.80).

A domestic beer with set you back $15 (more than £11) and even Kettle chips cost (£5.18).

There’s plenty of options around the Flushing Meadows venue, though.

Dozens of vendors have been setup across the lavish tournament for fans.

Merchandise stools had huge queues on the first day.

Fans could pick up t-shirts, balls and programs for the opening session.

And they watched on as Raducanu stormed to a first-round win.

She smashed her way to a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Japan’s Ena Shibahara.

The 22-year-old needed just 62 minutes for the victory on Louis Armstrong.
