A THREE-month-old baby boy has died in an ‘unexplained’ tragedy in a home in the west end of Glasgow.
Emergency services were called after an incident on Locksley Avenue, in the Knightswood area of the city, on Tuesday evening.

The alarm was raised at around 5pm after police received reports of the incident.
Officers were informed that a baby was being taken to hospital from the property.
The tot was rushed to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow.
But the baby boy tragically passed away in the hospital the following day.
The circumstances around the youngster’s death are not currently known.
However, police have confirmed that they are treating it as unexplained.
They have launched a probe into the tragic death to establish the full circumstances.
The force said that enquiries are currently ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told Glasgow Live: “Around 5pm on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, we were made aware of a three-month-old boy having been taken to the Royal Hospital for Children from a property in Locksley Avenue, Glasgow.
“The child later died on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
“The death is being treated as unexplained, and enquiries are ongoing.”
It comes two months after police launched an investigation into the death of another baby boy at a different Scottish hospital.
Officers raced to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Wednesday, June 11.
Cops were made aware of an injured two-month-old baby at the hospital at around 12.30am, but he tragically died a short time later.
The child’s death is being treated as “unexplained” and enquiries are ongoing.
