THIS is the creepy moment a middle-aged man dressed in a schoolgirl uniform casually smokes a cigarette at a bus stop.

The man is filmed sitting next to a small pink rucksack while waiting for the bus on the busy high street.
It is believed the man is known by parents in the area, who claim he has previously been spotted near local schools.
They told how they were concerned for their children’s welfare due to his “weird behaviour”.
The bizarre video of the man at the bus stop has been viewed thousands of times after being shared on social media.
Commenting under the post, one mum said: “This grown man has been seen in Birmingham multiple times at school run times…
“…dressed in a girls school uniform with a little pink Doc McStuffin backpack on.
“I’ve personally seen him on buses and by schools specifically at the end of the school day and he waits around until the kids are gone.
“Can someone please let me know what school the uniform belongs too so I can give them a call and notify them.
“Not sure if police will take it seriously as he’s not yet done anything against the law.
“But this is definitely weird behaviour and it’s making me feel like the kids he’s around are unsafe.”
Schoolchildren can be seen passing the man as he calmly smokes his cigarette.
He also appears to be wearing a lanyard and a school tie in the shocking video.
A concerned local claimed they had seen the man in nearby area of Northfield, but never in school uniform.
Another mum said: “It may not be what it seems however I wouldn’t want this person hanging around my child’s school.”
A third continued: “I’ve seen him a few times but not hanging around the school dressed as school child.
“Even had a little kids backpack on!”
It is not known when the video was taken.
Some people called on parents to inform the local education authorities.
They said: “Looks like he’s wearing a mixture of uniforms to me.
“Maybe harmless but I’d inform your local education board so they can tell schools in your area to be vigilant.”
One user came to the defence of the uniform-clad man, arguing he was doing “nothing wrong”.
They wrote: “Whilst it may be unconventional, he’s not doing anything wrong.
“Not my cup of tea but to each their own. As long as there is no interaction or scaring kids.”
The Sun has approached West Midlands Police for comment.
