Crawford outboxed the Mexican across 12 rounds to win all the 168lbs marbles via unanimous decision.

His handiwork inside the ring will be the talk of boxing fans for the next few days.

But so will his Mexican-themed ring walk, which saw him stride out with a guitar while Antonio Banderas’ ‘Cancion del Mariachi’ rang out in Allegiant Stadium.

Fight fans were quick to comment on Crawford’s choice of ring walk music and accessory.

One wrote on X: “Too much entertainment here.”

Another said: “All this time I thought this was a pre-show but it was actually Bud’s walkout.”

And another said: “From the moment he walked out that ring to this song, I was like, Holy shhh.”

One remarked: “Damn, he’s doing tricks of Mayweather old.”

“As you see, I had the guitar and everything.

“My great childhood friend, he was the one who carried the song out and performed tonight.

“It was a wonderful night. Like I said, I got Mexicans and Latinos on my side as well.

“So it was a beautiful night.”
