DONALD Trump is touching down in the UK tonight – and bringing nothing short of a full arsenal of security with him.

He will be flanked by fire and fury – with a bomb-proof car, a crack team of commandos and a briefcase that could trigger World War 3.

And while Trump will get a cosy reception from King Charlies III at Windsor Castle for his historic second state visit, no chances will be being taken.

The most powerful man in the world is flanked by an army of bodyguards who will protect him with their lives and make sure he’s ready for any crisis that could explode around the globe.

Trump will spend tonight at Windsor after he touches down the UK, before enjoying a carriage procession, banquet and Red Arrows flypast on Wednesday.

He will then meet Keir Starmer at the Prime Minister’s residence at Chequers – before flying back to the US.

And at all times, Trump will have his arsenal of security alongside him, especially with fears of left-wing protests and roiling political tension in the US after the assassination of his good pal Charlie Kirk.

The first part of Trump’s incredible security operation is his plane itself – Air Force One

The staggering flying fortress is essentially a White House in the sky – with everything the president might need in a crisis.

Only two of the £230million Boeing VC-25 planes were ever built – and they cost up to £200,000-an-hour to run.

The 231ft plane can carry 76 passengers – and can be hits speeds for 580mph.

And it can stay in the air for a week – with the galley being stocked with 7-days worth of food and drink – assuming it can refuel.

The front of the jet is known as “The White House” – and is where the travelling US President works and lives.

It has a well-stocked sleeping quarters, a situation room, 87 telephones, 19 televisions, a kitchen and even a fold-out operating table for emergency surgery.

AIr Force One is often flanked by fighter jets – such as F-16s and F-22s – and travels in convoy with two other large transport planes.

One is a Boeing E-4 “Doomsday Plane” to act as a flying nuclear command centre – and the other being a C-17 Globemaster carrying the president’s vehicles.

This includes his £1.2million armoured limo, known as The Beast.

It is the world’s most secure vehicle – being able to survive bombs and point-blank gunshots.

The armour-plated doors are 8in thick – the same as a Boeing 737 – and sealed to withstand biological and chemical attacks.

It’s windows are five layers of polycarbonate glass.

Night vision cameras are contained within the grill whilst the tyres are reinforced with kevlar and can run on its steel rims.

The huge motor, also known as Cadillac One, is longer than two large SUVs.

The armour is said to be composed of aluminium, ceramic and steel.

There are seven seats: two in the front for Secret Service agents and four in the back.

Only the driver’s side window can open and in the boot are cases of the President’s blood for an emergency transfusion.

Among the other features are shotguns on board in case an attack breaks out and an oxygen system in the trunk in case of a chemical attack.

Travelling alongside The Beast will be the Secret Service combat team known as “Hawkeye”.

Hawkeye was brought into being following the failed assassination attempt against Ronald Reagan in 1981.

The sole function of the Secret Service Counter-Assault Team (CAT) is to protect the president.

Each unit is given a designation matching the President’s call-sign – so for The Donald’s squad their full name is “Hawkeye Mogul”.

Agents are equipped with an SR-16 rifle, a pistol and stun grenades, and are specially trained to counter ambushes and fight in close quarters.

The units are ready to react to any threat to the president.

The agents are expected to complete a 1.5 mile run in less than nine minutes and complete three pull-ups wearing a 20kg weighted vest.

Other demanding training tasks include repeatedly swinging a 50lbs kettle bell then immediately shooting at a target.

The Hawkeye team works in partnership with the president’s personal security detail.

Trump’s personal body guards will have at their side the president’s most powerful weapon – “The Nuclear Football”.

Carried by one of his top military aides, the nuclear football is a non-descript briefcase containing the US’s “big red button”.

The button – or more specfically complicated list of codes and procedures – allows the President to order a nuclear strike anywhere in the world.

Trump’s case contains the codes – and also a black book or “menu” containing strike options.

The process is not-straightforward, with the first move being to start a classified conference with his military chiefs and advisors.

This group must then decide whether a nuke strike would be legal, following three set rules.

To make a nuclear attack legal the target must be legitimate, there must be a clear military objective, and the force used must be proportional.

Once this gets the green light, two sets of codes must be input into the nuclear football.

And while the President has his own defences – he will also be protected by the ring of steel thrown up by the UK.

It is the biggest security operation since the King’s coronation – and is being led by Thames Valley Police.

Officers are already patrolling around Windsor Castle before the arrival of the President.

Operational firearms commander Sergeant Dan Hatfield revealed every single plan as been developed alongside the Secret Service, reported Sky News.

Hatfield said: “The residents of Windsor and visitors to Windsor are used to seeing a fairly high police presence, including armed police.”

Huge metal barricades have been erected around windsor and the airspace over the town has been restricted to drones and helicopters.

Armed police in tactical gear will also be on alert, alongside fleets of drones and armoured police cars.
