The full-back gained possession of the ball down the right flank but immediately felt something was wrong.
The England international appeared to be holding his hamstring before falling to the ground.
It immediately became obvious that TAA couldn’t continue and needed to be subbed off.
Dani Carvajal immediately changed into his gear on the bench and made his way to the pitch.
Meanwhile, Alexander-Arnold hobbled off with Real‘s physio team around him.
Nothing is known about his injury at this time, but doubts are being raised as to whether he will be able to face former club Liverpool in an emotional Anfield comeback on November 4.
The right-back has endured a rough start to life in Madrid since his move in May.
The Liverpool hero left Anfield for Los Blancos after 21 years with the Reds.

Trent’s departure was not without drama as there were times when he was booed by a section of the fans, with some claiming he was solely focused on a move to Real.
The versatile defender, who can also play as a midfielder, joined the Spanish giants following a £10million deal with Liverpool, even though he was about to become a free agent in June.
However, Xabi Alonso’s side wanted Alexander-Arnold for the revamped Club World Cup.
However, Trent has struggled to lock down a place in Alonso’s starting line-up, with Carvajal proving to be strong competition.
The wideman has played all of Real’s four LaLiga matches, but only started half of them.
And that led to England manager Thomas Tuchel omitting him from his most recent squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia.
