MANCHESTER UNITED’s Under-21s suffered a humiliating 2-1 defeat to non-league side Brackley Town in the National League Cup on Tuesday.
The Red Devils went into the match with a strong line-up including first team star Chido Obi and Tyler Fletcher, the son of United legend Darren Fletcher.

However, they found themselves behind in the seventh minute following a goal from Danny Waldron.
Brackley forward Connor Hall then made it two from a corner before the half-hour mark.
The Red Devils desperately tried to get back into the match but were denied by goalkeeper Jonny Maxted on several occasions.
Man Utd captain Jacob Devaney then scored a consolation goal in added time.
It was too little too late to stage a comeback, with Brackley taking the win and three points.
The National League side now sit top of the Cup table with two wins from two.
Meanwhile, United find themselves down in seventh following their first game.
Fans took to social media to react, with one person writing: “Another loss sigh.”

The comments were in relation to the Man Utd first team struggles amid a challenging start to the season.
United currently sit 14th in the Premier League table with just one win from four games.
