TEMPLEGATE goes full force into Thursday’s racing confident of landing some winners – for the King and Queen no less.

Back a horse by clicking their odds below.

AEOLIAN (3.15 Ayr, nap)

The selection can give the King and Queen a winner on day one of Ayr’s Western meeting. This three-year-old looked very smart when winning on soft ground at Newmarket at the start of last month. That saw her thrown into a Listed contest at York but she didn’t enjoy the much quicker conditions on the Knavesmire. She’ll get some cut in the ground here and dropping back to 1m2f looks another wise move by her classy trainer William Haggas.

ELARA MAY (2.00 Yarmouth, nb)

Can land a four-timer after another smooth success at Beverley last time. Trip, track and ground should be fine and this race is no tougher than the others she has won.

MILTEYE (5.32 Pontefract, treble)
Is consistent and battled strongly to strike at Carlisle last time. Trainer Harriet Bethell is in fine form and can add another winner to her tally.

CROWD QUAKE (2.45 Ayr, Lucky 15)

Is rarely out of the frame and may have hit the front too soon when just collared at Doncaster latest. He’ll be right there again.
