FORMER Manchester United star Tom Cleverley has been charged by the FA after “repeatedly disagreeing with decisions”.
The Plymouth Argyle boss has been sanctioned over his improper conduct on the touchline.

Cleverley was sent off during his side’s 3-2 win over Luton on Saturday, as was captain Joe Edwards.
It is alleged by the FA that he “acted in an improper manner” by “repeatedly disagreeing with decisions”.
It is also claimed Cleverley, 36, used abusive and/or insulting words towards an official following his dismissal.
An FA statement read: “Plymouth Argyle manager Tom Cleverley has been charged with misconduct following their EFL League One game against Luton Town.
“It’s alleged that Mr Cleverely acted in an improper manner by repeatedly disgareeing with decisions and/or dissent and/or using insulting and/or abusive words, leading to his dismissal.
“It’s further alleged that following his dismissal, he used abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official around the 72nd minute.
“Thomas Cleverley has until Monday September 22 to provide a response.”
Some feel the FA have been too severe with their punishment, claiming every manager is liable to be charged given the criteria.
