OSCAR PIASTRI has CRASHED out in lap one of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
The safety car was immediately deployed just seconds into the race.

It has been a disastrous weekend for the Australian, who leads the championship by 31 points ahead of team-mate Lando Norris.
Piastri crashed out in a dramatic qualifying session on Saturday which left him ninth on grid.
He stalled setting off a the beginning of the race and Fernando Alonso showed quick reactions to avoid the McLaren moments after lights out.
