YEOVIL TOWN manager Danny Webb has resigned after just ten days.
Webb, who is the son of Chelsea legend David, has quit due to personal reasons.

Yeovil said in a statement: “Yeovil Town Football Club can confirm that Danny Webb has resigned from his position as First Team Manager due to personal and family reasons.
“He has expressed his personal sadness in having to leave the club but feels this is the right decision for him and his family.
“The time and the nature of this decision is met with disappointment from all of us and we have accepted his resignation with regret, but with understanding.
“We understand this news is disappointing, especially after the thorough recruitment process which brought Danny to the club.
“While we respect his need to put his family first, our priority now has to be the team’s stability and success.
“We would like to wish Danny and his family all the best.”
Webb, 42, had just one match in charge – Saturday’s 1-0 defeat away at Tamworth.
It was just his second managerial job following a spell at Leyton Orient eight years ago, when he won just two in 12 games.

He then joined Chesterfield as assistant manager in 2021, and helped manager Paul Cook to promotion to League Two in 2024.
Webb made more than 300 appearances in his playing career for the likes of Southend, Hull City and Brighton.
