GORDAN Ramsay is opening the UK’s first-ever Hell’s Kitchen restaurant – and it’s coming to London next year.
The fiery chef’s new spot will launch at The Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch after a partnership with The Clermont Hotel Group.

It will be the first time Ramsay’s famous Hell’s Kitchen brand has opened on British soil, with existing locations in Las Vegas, Miami, other US cities – and Ibiza.
Hell’s Kitchen is described as an “immersive dining experience”, built around an open kitchen where diners can watch the drama unfold.
Ramsay’s team promises plenty of “theatre and performance” as chefs cook up the dishes.
The menu is expected to feature US favourites such as seared foie gras, pan-seared scallops, steaks, lamb chops and Ramsay’s iconic beef Wellington, with some UK-exclusive specials also planned.
The restaurant will have a more relaxed vibe, sitting alongside Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen venues rather than his fine-dining spots like Petrus or Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
While the Hell’s Kitchen TV show still airs in the US, the UK version hasn’t been on screens since 2009, but the new restaurant could give fans a taste of the action.
Clare Smyth is also expanding in London, she’ll open Corenucopia by Clare Smyth, a new luxury bistro in Chelsea this November 2025.
It will take over the site of the former Tabisca Italian steakhouse on Holbein Place, Holbein Place.
Corenucopia is billed as a more relaxed space compared to her three-Michelin-starred flagship Core in Notting Hill, but one still rooted in
She’s also set to open a signature restaurant at the upcoming Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch hotel in 2026, alongside US chef Daniel Boulud.
