Tributes had been laid at a memorial outside an Arkansas courthouse following conservative activist Kirk’s assassination at Utah Valley University on September 10.
In the video, Kerri Rollo, who uses they/them pronouns, picked up a sign that had been written on some paper before tearing it apart.
They appeared to shout expletives at the camera before tossing the sign.
Kerri, 23, then flipped the bird before the siblings then started to walk off.
They returned to the memorial before kicking over a candle.
They continued to shout expletives as the siblings walked away from the scene in Bentonville.
Kerri’s sibling, Kaylee, 22, created a GoFundMe and almost $18,000 has been raised.
“After the recent events Charlie Kirk’s death, my sibling and I are being doxxed online and my sibling was fired from their job,” she wrote.
“This is direct violation of their first amendment rights and unconstitutional. This is unfortunate, but anything helps.”
Kerri worked at an Italian restaurant, known as Bella’s Table, located in Bella Vista, Arkansas, per The Mail.
Restaurant bosses have condemned the alleged vandalism.
“The individual who defaced the Charlie Kirk‘s memorial does not represent or define our company, nor the hard-working team that serves our community every day,” the company said.
“This person’s actions are not a reflection of our standards, values, or culture.”
Kaylee has reportedly been dumped by her boyfriend.
The Rollos’ have since been arrested and charged.
Both have been charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
Kaylee also faces an obstruction of government operations charge, according to cops.
Cops and top justice officials were left outraged when the video surfaced.
“Sheriff Holloway takes acts of vandalism, particularly those directed toward community memorials, very seriously,” a Benton County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said.
Joseph Bollinger, the Benton County Justice of the Peace, said Rollo didn’t just trample on Kirk’s memory.
“Everyone has a right to be able to express their freedom of expression. But what the issue is, is when you trample on someone’s memorial—the human act of grieving,” he told the ABC affiliate KHBS-TV.
“You’re not just trampling on their freedom of expression; you’re trampling on the memory of a person.
“You’re trampling on our Benton County values.”
Dad-of-two Kirk, 31, was gunned down while speaking at the college campus.
He was hosting an event as part of his American Comeback tour.
Kirk’s suspected assassin, Tyler Robinson, was arrested following a 33-hour manhunt.
He has been charged with murder and faces the death penalty.

Robinson has been charged, but FBI officials are still probing a range of theories that have surfaced online.
Investigators are looking into hand signals made by members of the crowd in the lead-up to the shooting.
Another theory that is being probed is whether Robinson had an accomplice.
