LIAM and Noel Gallagher’s older brother has pleaded not guilty to rape and a string of sex offences.
Paul Gallagher, 59, was charged in July following an investigation by the Metropolitan Police.

He is accused of rape, coercive and controlling behaviour, and three counts of sexual assault.
He is also charged with three counts of non-fatal strangulation, two counts of making a threat to kill, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The DJ and photographer denied all charges yesterday afternoon.
Gallagher, of East Finchley in North London, entered his pleas from the dock at Harrow Crown Court, which is sitting at Southwark Crown Court, wearing a navy blue suit and thick-rimmed glasses.
He was released on conditional bail to face trial on September 13, 2027.
Her Honour Judge Anupama Thompson apologised for the delay.
She told Gallagher: “I am very sorry that it’s such a long time away, but you will appreciate we have a number of cases we need to get listed. I am afraid that that’s the first date we have available.”
The alleged offences are said to have taken place between 2022 and 2024.
Scotland Yard confirmed a probe was launched last year and that a woman is being supported by specially trained officers.
The oldest Gallagher brother appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court last month for a brief hearing.
He spoke only to confirm his name, age and address but entered no pleas.
A statement read: “Our client, Paul Gallagher, has been charged with a number of offences all relating to a single complainant.
“Mr Gallagher has consistently engaged with the police throughout their investigation and always strongly denied the allegations made against him.
“He looks forward to clearing his name, but as there are now ongoing legal proceedings our client is unable to comment further.”
The charges against him came as Oasis‘ huge Live ’25 tour continued across the UK before the band flew to the US.
The Sun told how Liam showed support for his older brother by flying with him to his latest gig ahead of his court appearance.
Gallagher, who is a year older than Noel and seven older than Liam, has never been involved in Oasis.
The three brothers grew up together in Burnage, Manchester.
His 1996 book Brothers: From Childhood to Oasis — The Real Story charted Liam and Noel’s struggle for success and how they coped with stardom.
It was written with the full co-operation of mum Peggie and included previously unpublished family photographs.
