GARDAI are investigating the death of three people following a serious incident at a residential property in Co Louth.
Two men and one woman, all adults, were found deceased at the scene this morning.

It is understood that all three of the deceased are members of the same family.
A man, aged in his 30s, has been arrested in connection with the incident, which occurred in Tallanstown, a small village southwest of Dundalk.
Several garda units, including the armed response unit, are at the scene.
The Offices of the Coroner and the State Pathologist have been notified and the scene has been preserved for technical examination.
In a statement issued this morning, Garda HQ confirmed investigations are underway and the scene has been sealed off.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Gardai were alerted to a serious incident at a residential property in Tallanstown, Co Louth, this morning, Monday 29th September 2025.
“Three people – two males and one female (all adults) – were found deceased at the scene.
“The scene has been preserved for technical examination.
“The Offices of the Coroner and the State Pathologist have been notified.
“A male, aged in his 30s, has been arrested and is currently detained at a station in the Garda North West Region under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
“Investigations are ongoing.”
The statement added: “An Garda Siochana has no further information at this time.”
