POLICE are desperately hunting for an unknown man after a teen girl was allegedly sexually assaulted on a late night bus.
The horror incident occurred on a No.9 Blue Star bus between Hythe and Fawley in Hampshire.
It is alleged that the sexual assault took place late at night on Saturday, September 20.
A man boarded the bus and is claimed to have assaulted a teen girl by “inappropriately touching” her.
Officers are now hunting a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
He is described as white, skinny build and aged between 18 and 20 years.
Police said he was over 5ft 11ins tall, had brown hair and was wearing a tan-coloured tracksuit at the time.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said: “We would like to hear from anyone who was on the bus at the time, or anyone who recognises the description of this man.
“Additionally, if you have any footage which may assist us in our investigation, please get in touch.
“If can help with any of the above, please contact 101 and quote incident number 44250428686.”
