He was found guilty of the two attacks, which took place in 2019 and 2020.
Both victims bravely testified against the sadistic rapist.
One recalled how she was attacked within “10 to 15 minutes” of him turning up at her home in Ayrshire in August 2019.
The trial also heard how he raped a second woman he had met on the Bumble dating app.
The attack occurred at the 31 year-old victim’s home in Glasgow in September 2020.
The court heard, prior to fleeing Scotland, he had withdrawn £6000 and €220 from a bank account.
He went missing in May 2022 while facing the charges.
Clacher’s motor had been found dumped at a car park in Loch Long in Argyll and Bute.
There was a suicide note suggesting he planned to take his own life by going into the water there.
After eventually being found in Spain in 2024, Clacher told police how he had survived in the wild on a “berries and puddle water” before leaving the UK.
He was eventually nailed in May 2024 when captured by Spanish cops.
Clacher was nicked by undercover Spanish cops disguised as tourists while hanging from gym equipment on a beach in Nerja in the Costa del Sol.
