WWE icon Ahmed Johnson suffered a serious car crash on Monday.
Johnson, 62, was one of the most prominent wrestlers during the 90s as he stood out thanks to his impressive physique and notable intensity.
Former WWE star Ahmed Johnson (Tony Norris) was hit by a drunk driver on Sept 29 in a serious crash.
Thankfully, Tony says he’s okay:

Johnson confirmed that he is well following the car accident
The Indiana native has been away from the spotlight ever since his retirement from the ring in 2003.
The heavyweight, though, made the news when it was revealed he was involved in a car accident.
According to Newsweek, Johnson’s car was hit by a drunk driver and an image went viral allegedly showing the back of his vehicle being completely wrecked.
Thankfully, the former WCW star confirmed that he is well following the incident.
And the ex-Intercontinental Champion credited his immense faith as the thing that saved him rom harm.
Johnson said: “When you have the Lord on your side nothing can harm you.”
The former pro wrestler was very popular during his time with WWE.
So much so that he made history at Kind of the Ring back in 1996.
That was when Johnson defeated Goldust to become the first ever African-American wrestler to win the Intercontinental Championship.
He also shared the ring with some of the greatest wrestlers of all time.
That included Hall of Famers, like Triple H, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker.
