THE ‘QUEEN’ of a self-styled tribe living in woods claimed that the group’s ‘king’ and her husband almost “killed” her during an attack.
Video footage has emerged showing Jean Gasho, 43, confronting her hubby, Koffi Offeh, 36, following the alleged incident at their home in Seaham, County Durham.

The couple, who claim to lead the so-called Kingdom of Kubala, have been living in woods near Jedburgh, Roxburghshire with their handmaiden, American missing woman, Kaura Taylor, 21 and are facing their second eviction this week.
In the three minute clip, believed to be from 2022, shared with the Scottish Sun, Gasho claims her husband pretends to be “mad”.
She says: “You beat me. You almost killed me the night you got arrested. That is the truth.
“My daughter told the police that you beat me and almost killed me and now you are calling her a liar.
“At least say you are sorry for beating me. You pretend to be mad but now you won’t apologise.
“You claimed to be mad but now you are smiling.
“You beat me to the point where you almost killed me.”
Mrs Gasho then tells him to leave her home but before he does, Offeh turns to a young girl who is sitting on a seat and says “Look at me. If you have a husband and you truly love him.
“And you want him to come back to take care of the family, the one thing that you do even if he has done something wrong to you, you forgive him.
“Because that is better than you being a single mother and him getting locked up.”
The trio have had several clashes with locals and were evicted from the council land they have set up camp on.
This is second time they have been removed from land in as many weeks.
Earlier this month they mocked an order by moving 20ft from private land to a council-owned plot.
The group laughed and burnt court papers that were issued to them by Sheriff Officers.

We previously told how the handmaiden, Kaura, spoke out to claim she is not “captive” and told how she misses her baby daughter.
But she refused to answer if she had been “groomed” by the couple.
We also revealed that official papers state the couple pose a “serious risk” to children and they were involved in a bust-up involving “knives”.
Offeh and Kaura were arrested over alleged immigration offences after a cop raid on their camp last week.
It came after a court order was enforced telling the trio they couldn’t camp in the area in Jedburgh where they had set up their ‘kingdom’.
