Littler, 18, was always in control after taking the opening two sets in just 12 minutes and now faces a SIXTH major final against his big rival Humphries.
He said: “I definitely owe him one for the Premier League…
“But Luke’s had a very good record. He’s lost the last two and won one himself.
“But for myself it’s all new pretty much. Same as last year in the Matchplay I lost the first round and went on to win it. Last year here I lost in the first round and now I’m in the final.
“I look forward to it very much. We’re both one and two so if we did win our games, we are going to meet in the final.
“Hopefully I can get the win tomorrow and I’m even more on his back for the No1 spot.”
Littler began in style again with a wonderful 161 on the bull in the opening set and soon took the lead.
Then he averaged 104 to cruise through the second set and double his lead over the Welshman.

But Clayton was far from finished and delivered a sublime 128 kill to win his first set.
However Littler then supplied his own magic with a 140 to make it 3-1.
Littler was looking relentless while Clayton was missing the small chances offered.
And it was soon 4-1 and ‘The Nuke’ closing in on his first Grand Prix final.
The wonderkid then finished the job in a blur of scoring to win the final set with double five.
