A POLICE officer has been charged after a woman was killed when she was hit by a marked car on Christmas Eve. Rachael Louise Moore was crossing the road in Liverpool at around 8.10pm when the horror unfolded. The 22-year-old tragically could not be saved and was declared dead at the scene.
