TIKTOK prankster Mizzy was told by a judge his jokes “are not funny” as he was locked up today for posting videos without consent.

Bacari-Bronze O’Garro “deliberately flouted” a court order blocking him from sharing videos of people without their permission within hours of it being passed.

The 19-year-old was slammed for “lacking all credibility” after he was convicted of four counts of breaching the order.

O’Garro has now been sentenced to 18 weeks’ detention in a young offender institution.

Sentencing, Judge Matthew Bone told him: “Put bluntly your pranks are not funny”.

Stratford Magistrates’ Court was told O’Garro had began posting videos of people without their consent on May 24 – the same day the order was passed.

He filmed in Westfield in Stratford after he appeared on Piers Morgan‘s TalkTV show.

In the video, shoppers were visible in the background as O’Garro said to the camera: “The UK law is a joke.”

The order was originally issued after the prankster filmed himself entering a family home.

Last month, Judge Bone barred the dad-of-one from using social media “at all” until he was sentenced.

He today extended this block for two years as he slammed O’Garro over his “desire to be famous”.

Speaking outside court, Detective Chief Inspector Yasmin Lalani said: “I think it is appropriate sentence when you have disregard for the law.

“I hope that he gets some help in the Youth Offenders Institution. Hopefully he will get some help that will prevent him from reoffending.

“I think this is a loud and clear message that nobody is above the law and that you have got to be held accountable.

“I think the right result has come through, more for the public as well, because I think the community were upset with the lack of respect for the law of the country and the distress and harassment he was causing, it was a blatant disregard for the harassment and distress of the community.”
