THE tragic details of a phonecall made by a dad before he was found dead alongside his two children and a woman have been revealed.
Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, his two daughters Jasmin, 12, Downreuang, seven, and their maternal aunt Kanticha Noon, 36, were all found on Friday.

The Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) is now investigating Norfolk Police after it emerged they did not send officers to the home in Costessey when Bartlomiej called 999.
Cops instead went to the home where the tragic discovery was made when a dog walker raised concerns an hour later.
The details of the dad’s 999 call have now been revealed by the police watchdog.
It said: “During that call the man expressed concerns for his own mental state saying he was confused.
“He was advised to seek medical advice and police did not attend.
“At around 7am the force received a call from a dog walker concerned for the welfare of those within the home.
“Officers attended shortly after and, tragically, found the man, a woman and two children dead.”
The horror unfolded on Friday morning when police forced their way into the property.
Bartlomiej died from a single stab wound to the neck, while Kanticha suffered multiple knife injuries to her neck.
A post mortem on the two young girls will be carried out tomorrow.
Kanticha was visiting her sister’s family home from her native Thailand when she was found dead.
The children’s mum was at work as a caretaker when the tragic discovery was made, according to friends.
Norfolk Police previously revealed it is not looking for anyone else in connection to the deaths.
The IOPC is also investigating previous contact with the family following a missing person enquiry at the home on December 14.
Norfolk’s Chief Constable Paul Sanford said in a statement on Monday: “It’s only right that when there are questions about our response, they are properly investigated, and I fully support and welcome this scrutiny.
“I will not wait for the outcome of this investigation to review our working practices and that process has started.
“Today, I have asked the Inspectorate to consider undertaking a deeper review than the robust inspection already planned, to provide the reassurance that the public and I need in our response to emergency calls.”
