THIS is the shocking moment a wide-eyed creep was caught performing a sex act on himself outside a mum’s bedroom window.
Scott Bailey exposed himself to three women across Sutton, South London, and tried to open one victim’s front door in a terrifying rampage.

The fiend was awaiting trial for exposing himself outside a teen girl’s window when he first struck on March 18 as his victim attempted to sleep.
He then flashed two further women in a three-hour window just two days later.
When he was confronted by one horrified mum-of-two, Bailey told her: “I was not stealing anything, I was just being a perv.”
Bailey has now avoided jail and was instead handed a community order after he admitted outraging public decency and three counts of exposure.
Following the sentencing, one of his victims shared pictures of the creep outside her window.
He can be seen looking wide-eyed as he stares at the camera after performing a sex act on himself.
The woman told MyLondon: “The incident happened nearly a year ago but I still worry in my own home about keeping windows and curtains open.
“I also have two young daughters who also witnessed this.”
Croydon Crown Court was told Bailey had been bailed on March 16 after he was charged with flashing the teen.
He then was seen touching himself outside a ground floor bedroom window at around 2am on March 18.
The victim was settling in to sleep when she heard someone trying to open her front door.
Two days later, he pulled his tracksuit bottoms down to expose himself to a jogger on an early-morning run.
Bailey then made his way to the mum-of-two’s home as she was about to get dressed.
She told the perv to “f**k off” after realising he had opened her bedroom window.
Bailey’s horror spree came to an end on March 23 when he was arrested and remanded into custody.
The creep, who has a history of paranoid schizophrenia and psychosis, had recently been released from hospital after he was sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
He avoided a jail sentence due to time he spent on remand and was instead given the two-year community order.
Bailey will also have to complete a 35-day sex offenders programme and 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
He was also placed on the sex offenders register.
Sentencing, Judge Peter Gower KC said: “What I want to do is protect women from being on the receiving end of your filthy behaviour.
“All the women you exposed yourself to, in one way or another, have been traumatised, their lives affected, they are frightened to go out of their houses, and the jogger you exposed yourself to has stopped running.
“Why should women not run around the park or neighbourhood they live in?”
