THE house where gangster Kenneth Noye stabbbed an undercover police officer to death has finally been sold — at a knockdown price.
The six-bed manor, Noye’s base during his life of crime in the 1980s, went for £2.5million.

That was less than the £2.8million it was last sold for in May 2006.
Noye used the 8,500 sq ft mock Tudor property in West Kingsdown, Kent, to hide bullion stolen in the Brink’s-Mat robbery.
In 1985, he killed DC John Fordham in its 20-acre grounds but was acquitted of his murder.
Noye murdered Stephen Cameron, 21, in a road-rage row in 1996.
He was freed from jail in 2019 and is now 76.
His old home has been sold by Sophia Anderson, wife of Gillingham FC’s former vice-chairman, Michael, recently accused of fraud in the US.
It is understood the house had been on the market since at least 2017, but had previously failed to sell.
Now estate agents Fine & Country have confirmed that Noye’s former house has sold to a new family.
A spokeswoman said: “A family has bought it.
“It needs a bit of work to bring it up to 2024 standards, but it will be a lovely home.”
