HAUNTING CCTV shows an evil cat-killer in a surgical mask and armed with a “murder kit” before luring a stranger to his death.
Scarlet Blake, 26, has today been jailed for life for the murder of Jorge Martin Correno – four months after live-streaming herself mutilating a cat.

The killer had become “fixated with violence”, encouraged by her internet girlfriend Ashlynn Bell, and wanted to repeat the horror killing of the cat with a person.
On the night of the attack, Blake was seen stalking the streets of Oxford before luring Jorge to his death.
He was found dead 24 hours later having suffered a blow to the back of the head and injuries to his neck.
CCTV footage from the night of the horror attack shows Blake walking alone through the streets of the city looking for a victim.
Video and still images show her wearing a hooded jacket and face mask while carrying a backpack.
Prosecutors earlier told Oxford Crown Court she was equipped with a “murder kit” which included a garrotte and a leopard print dressing gown cord.
BMW worker Jorge had been enjoying a night out with work colleagues shortly when he is understood to have become “lost and vulnerable” as he tried to make his way home.
He is seen also walking alone, before Blake is seen to stop and walk in his direction.
She then walks up to Jorge, who found himself “in the wrong place at the wrong time” sitting on the floor trying to figure out his route home outside All Souls College at around 4am.
The pair then spent an hour together walking past a number of Oxford’s tourist attractions.
They were then seen walking towards Marston Cycle Path, a wooded area running along the River Cherwell.
This is where the final location data from Jorge’s mobile phone was retrieved by cops.
He was found dead at around 12.16pm on July 26, 2021.
Blake told police she had walked home with Jorge before leaving him to go home.
She added: “I don’t know how he died. I assumed he drowned. It wasn’t something I did. As to how, I still don’t know, I wasn’t there.”
But Jorge had suffered a suffered a blow to the back of his head.
Jurors were told he had been ambushed” by Blake, who had been stalking the streets looking for a victim after becoming “fixated” with “knowing what it would be like to kill someone”.
The court was told she had confessed to former partner Ashlynn Bell, who lives in the US, that she had killed Jorge with a homemade garrotte.
Four months prior to Jorge’s brutal murder, Blake had live-streamed herself dissecting and killing a cat.

SCARLET Blake was encouraged to mutilate a cat and murder a random stranger by her Nazi-obsessed internet girlfriend.
The evil cat-killer, 25, live-streamed herself dissecting and killing a family cat four months before the brutal murder of Jorge Martin Carreno.
Messages obtained by cops via the secretive Discord social media platform revealed how Blake told her partner Ashlynn Bell she had killed Jorge with a homemade garrotte.
She also told her ex-fiancee, Evie Brockman, who Blake was filmed consensually strangling: “I killed people because my lover thought it would be hot.”
Asked about the messages during an arrogant testimony lined with contradictions, Blake insisted: “As an extension to making me kill a cat, (Ashlynn) also tried to make me kill a person.
“I told Ashy I had killed that person and made up the details in a dramatic way.
“When she saw the CCTV image of me in the jacket, she became quite convinced.”
The video bared terrifying resemblance to scenes from the Netflix hit documentary Don’t F*** with Cats.
The show is about a man who kills kittens before filming the murder of a human while a New Order song is played in the background.
In the video, which has the same music, Blake says: “Here we go my little friend. Oh boy, you smell like s**t. I can’t wait to put through the blender.”
She is seen to insert a scalpel into the cat’s eyes before placing its mutilated body into a blender.
Passing sentence on Monday, Mr Justice Chamberlain told the killer: “You told the court you didn’t want to kill a living creature, let alone a person, and it was Ashlynn who pressured you to do so.
“You adopted the persona of a cat. You talked about the difficulties to have had of transitioning since childhood to live as a woman and your troubled relationship with your parents.
“All of this was part of an elaborate attempt to rationalise what you have done and shift responsibility to others.
“It is not the fault of a society that didn’t accept you, it was not the fault of your parents… The decision to kill was entirely yours.”
