Dealer Beck sobbed as a jury ruled she was to blame for traces of the stimulant M-CAT found in her son Olly-James Sievwright’s system.
The tragic infant died after being “ill-treated” by Beck in a home “polluted” by drugs, the High Court in Aberdeen heard.
Beck was also found guilty of dealing the drug and exposing two more kids to illicit substances.
The conviction came nearly two years after she tied the knot with Dylan, then 18, in June 2022.
Our pictures show the couple posing together at the ceremony.
But after Beck was remanded for sentencing, a family friend tonight claimed the nuptials were rushed in a bid to impress the courts.
Our source suggested: “There was a feeling things moved far too fast and that she was desperate to get married to look good for court and the authorities.
“But in the end none of it mattered because she’s locked up now. It is such a mess.”
Beck’s trial heard of her “casual” attitude to drug taking.
Hours before Olly-James died in December 2019, she messaged a pal revealing he was sick.
But she still left the baby at home in the early hours and headed off to buy and flog drugs.
Hours later, the youngster, who also had a severe stomach infection, stopped breathing and was airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Medics battled to revive him for about 90 minutes before he was declared dead.
Beck, of Sandhaven, Aberdeenshire, initially lied to cops but eventually confessed to snorting a line of coke.
A milk bottle seized from her kitchen counter on the day Olly-James passed away was found to contain traces of M-CAT.
Great-gran’s tribute to tragic Olly-James
OLLY-James’ great-granny Catherine Davidson, 70, paid tribute to him as she posted the heartbreaking snaps online.
She said: “Always on our minds and forever in our hearts.”
On what should have been the youngster’s first birthday, she said: “We are missing you so much it hurts.
“You made a huge impact on our lives. You took a part of our hearts with you when you went.
“You changed our lives.”
In another tribute, his devastated great-granny said: “You brought so much to our lives but you were taken after such a short time.
“We will always love and miss you.”
The stimulant plus MDMA was found in tests of the boy’s blood.
Experts told the court that the drugs in his system played a major part in his death.
Deferring sentence until April 9, Judge Fiona Tait told the court: “It has been a difficult case. And quite a distressing case.”
Handcuffed Beck looked shaken as she was led away after the verdict.
Husband Dylan has previously defended his “caring, loving and selfless” partner online — and revealed he popped the question.
He claimed: “She deserved happiness. It was me that proposed to her and I regret nothing.
“I’ll stand by her in her hardest time regardless of what the world thinks.”
