First responders rushed the victim, who has not yet been identified, to Bellevue Hospital, where he was said to be in stable condition.

Three suspects ran from the bloody scene at West 45th Street and Broadway before they were caught by cops.

Police were seen escorting one of the suspects into a cop car while blood covered the sidewalk nearby in photos by The New York Post.

The machete attack stemmed from a turf war among CD vendors, according to the New York Daily News.

Everyone involved in the incident was said to have known each other.

Witnesses were shocked by what they saw that afternoon.

“They were fighting and one of them had a big knife and stabbed him in his legs,” a witness told the news outlet.

“There was a lot of blood.”

The witnesses described how the vendors aggressively pushed CDs on tourists in the area.

“It’s crazy out here,” the witness told Daily News.
