TAMAYO Perry, 49, has died aged 49 after being mauled to death in a suspected shark attack.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said on Sunday Tamayo’s body was found with several bites.
Perry starred in major blockbusters including Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
He previously made an appearance in the 2002 Hollywood hit, Blue Crush and had a role in Hawaii Five-0.
Tributes have flooded in for the star with one friend writing: “I just heard an old friend Tamayo Perry died from a shark attack on Oahu at Goat Island. So sad. He was a sweetheart.”
