POLICE have launched an urgent probe after a woman was found dead in a river.
The tragic discovery was made in Worcestershire‘s River Severn around midday yesterday.

The cops said they are yet to formally identify the woman.
The force added that it wasn’t treating her death a suspicious.
West Mercia Police said: “Officers recovered a woman’s body from the River Severn in Kempsey, Worcestershire on Wednesday, October 4.
“The body was discovered at around 12.25pm.
“Formal identification is yet to take place, but the death is not being treated as suspicious. A report is being prepared for the coroner.”
