A MODEL has died while on a trip in LA with her two kids after getting plastic surgery.
Former beauty queen and actress Jaquelin Carrieri, 48, suffered a blood clot as a result of complications from the cosmetic op, her devastated family said.

Jaquelin, from Argentina, was runner-up in the beauty pageant at the San Rafael en Vendimia grape harvest festival in 1996 and had previously been crowned queen of her district.
The mum-of-two died on Sunday while in California.
A post shared by relatives on her Instagram page said: “Jaquelin Carrieri, who was Queen of Punta del Agua District and Deputy Queen of San Rafael Department in 1996, has passed away.
“From Reinas de San Rafael, we want to extend our condolences to her family and friends during this difficult time.”
Jaquelin was days away from her birthday when she died in Los Angeles.
Her children Chloe and Julian were with her in America at the time, Argentine media report.
It is unclear what cosmetic surgery Jaquelin had done and at what clinic.
Beauty queen Facebook page Reinas Vendimiales San Rafael Mendoza described Jaquelin as a “woman of great talent” in a tribute.
It said: “She was well known for dressing the San Rafael pageant queens for many years, making their dresses shine during the Vía Blanca and Carrusel Vendimial parades.
“In her youth, she was also Deputy Queen of the San Rafael en Vendimia festival.
“She was also the ex-partner of the son of the renowned journalist Jorge Quintana.”
One of Jaquelin’s close friends, Jorgelina Olivera, wrote: “All of us who had the pleasure of knowing you and sharing moments of our lives with you know what a wonderful person you were, a beautiful woman in every sense, always with your smile and your glamour.
“Honestly, your departure has taken me by surprise and I still can’t believe it.
“Thank you, a thousand thanks for coming into my life and painting it with so much joy and happiness.
“It was a pleasure to share moments with you, and I will be eternally grateful.
“May God welcome you into His glory. It’s not a goodbye but a see you soon, my beautiful and dear Jaquelin.”
According to Jaquelin’s social media page, she once studied at the National University of Lomas de Zamora near Buenos Aires.
