THE PREMIER LEAGUE’s “hottest WAG” enjoyed Old Trafford’s hospitality section today for her son’s birthday.

Her attendance in the box comes after she slammed the cost of hospitality tickets for friends and family in an interview.

She said that if a player opts not to splash the cash on a box they are treated as a “loser”.

Maja Lindelof, the wife of centre-back Victor, got her first taste of Old Trafford following his £31million transfer from Benfica in 2017.

And it did not take her long to be stunned by the cost of the hospitality suites at the time as well as United’s policy for players.

Speaking in September 2017, marketing expert and blogger Maja said on her Livet På Läktaren [Life in the Stand] podcast: “Here the players have the option to rent a box and I’m not even going to tell you for how much but a disgusting amount of money.

“And if you don’t buy one you’re considered to be a loser.

“But having a box is wonderful because you have your own waiter.”

Reports in 2017 suggested figures ranging from £24,000 to £81,600 per season for a private box at Old Trafford.

However, the Mirror state fans wanting to rent out the Sir Alex Ferguson Box on Level 3 for a match for eight people costs a staggering £10,940 plus VAT per person.

That totals up at a staggering £105,024 – but does include a signed framed Red Devils shirt on top of food and drink.

Lindelof clearly has no problem with forking the money out of his £120,000-a-week wages to give his family a luxury suite as Maja posted a photo from the box with the couple’s son on his birthday.

Maja posted a photo of her son in the box wearing a shirt dedicated to his father.

She posted a number of snaps with her son as she wore a casual outfit.

Maja paired a pair of pink and black trousers with a plain boxy white t-shirt.

Her comment section was full of support with a number of fans sending their best wishes to the family.

Hospitality boxes at Old Trafford were the subject of controversy this week after a number of Galatasaray fans managed to gain access to the home end via the VIP area.

Manchester United’s Chief Operating Officer Collette Roche apologised to United fans following reports that some supporters had been abused and attacked by visiting fans.

Victor Lindelof did not take part in today’s match as two stoppage time Scott McTominay goals saw United run out 2-1 winners.
