Haaland shrugged off the Spaniard to score – just weeks after Cucurella sang a song poking fun at the City superstar.
After winning the Euros with Spain Cucurella went viral on social media with the song.
He mocked Haaland, singing: “Cucurella eats paella, Cucurella drinks Estrella, Haaland trembles that Cucurella is coming.”
Fans loved that Cucurella was forced to eat humble pie as Haaland scored the “most obvious” goal ever.
