HARROWING footage shows a little boy drowning in a swimming pool as a man watches him for ten minutes and does nothing as he dies.
The eerie clip shows the man calmly hovering over him and staring down into the water at the child’s lifeless body.

The youngster was playing in a public swimming pool in Sichuan, China when his inflatable ring came off in the water.
CCTV footage shows the child clearly struggling as he comes up to the surface only to go back under and splashes helplessly for several painful minutes.
A man nearby leisurely continues his swim while appearing to watch the child suffer and doing nothing to save him.
Eventually the youngster stops struggling and sinks under the surface entirely, as the man stares at him from above for over five minutes.
At one point he seems to discuss the body on the bottom with a girl who put on her goggles and went underwater to get a better look, but as the man did nothing, neither did she.
The chilling clip then shows him pulling the boy’s body out of the water first with his leg, and then by picking him up with one arm.
He dangles the boy’s body in the water momentarily before roughly pulling him to the side of the pool and propping him on the edge.
By the time the youngster was lifted from the water he had been under the surface for seven minutes.
Only when another adult came over was the child pulled completely from the pull and given CPR.
There did not appear to be any lifeguards nearby, although it was relatively busy with what appeared to be several older or even adult swimmers in the pool.
It is reported that the boy was about seven or eight years old, but his exact age has not been confirmed yet.
The swimming pool involved has been closed and an investigation is going.
It is not clear whether the man in the footage is also being investigated over the incident for failing to help.
