Detective Chief Inspector Kelly Allen, the senior investigating officer, added: “We have continued our momentum behind this investigation to ensure that those responsible for killing Jason Diallo and seriously injuring another man are held accountable.

“Our enquiries have found no evidence to suggest that Jason Diallo or the attempted murder victim were known to one another or those convicted, suggesting that this was a completely unprovoked and violent incident.

“Jason Diallo was described by his family as a devoted father of two who had the softest heart.

“Our thoughts have remained with his family and friends throughout a difficult four years and we are determined that they see justice.

“We are now in a position to release an image of this man, who we would like to speak with in connection with this ongoing investigation.
