EXCITEMENT is mounting in The Sun on Sunday’s Christmas Cards for Kids contest as our judges prepare to pick the winners.
Hundreds of eager young artists have sent us their designs and the best three will soon be chosen to be produced as limited-edition cards this festive season.

They will be sold through The Entertainer stores and online, to help charity Kids With Cancer UK to make sure children with cancer in hospital this Christmas get a visit and gift from Santa.
Among those who got arty for our contest were pupils from the Gabriels Wellbeing and Education Forest School in Caversham, Berks.
Emma Holick, three, told us: “I drew a Christmas tree next to Santa because I like him.”
Her mum Liz, 47, added: “Emma spent the first week of her life in intensive care so I know how hard it is to have a child in hospital.
“I also lost both of my parents to cancer very recently.”
Mel Edwards, 20, of Reading, is mum to two-year-old Violet, who also drew a Christmas tree.
She said: “To know that Violet’s drawing may help to bring a smile to a child’s face this Christmas, with a visit and a present from Santa, is wonderful.”
Lyndsay Hart, 39, of Emmer Green, Berks, told how her daughter Suzanna, three, drew a Father Christmas as her entry.
She said: “My nephew was in hospital at Christmas and Santa came to visit him. It meant a great deal. That’s why we wanted to get involved.”
Others hopefuls in our competition include Freddie and Lachlan Duffy, aged five and two, from the Wendy House Day Nursery in Birmingham.
Their mum Nell, of Studley, Warks, said: “The boys were really keen to enter. It’s great fun but also wonderful for them to understand these cards are helping other children. And we all love Christmas so we’ll take any excuse to think about it early.”
Celebrities to have championed our contest include actor and Spandau Ballet bassist Martin Kemp, as well as TV personality Gillian McKeith.
Our panel of judges, including former CBBC presenter Angellica Bell, will select one winner from each of three age groups — under-fives, six to 11 and 11 to 16.
With entries now closed, Angellica urges you to get ready to buy the cards this Christmas.
She said: “Children with Cancer UK is such a worthy cause.
These children have to deal with so much, so anything we can do to help put a smile on their face is so important.”
