DONALD Trump and Elon Musk were seen performing a rendition of the patriotic song God Bless America – hours after the president-elect sat down with Joe Biden at the White House.
But eagle-eyed viewers were quick to comment on the Tesla mogul’s performance at Mar-a-Lago.

Musk and Trump have developed a close bond in recent months, with the Space X founder seen at the tycoon’s rallies and Trump’s election night celebration.
He even joined Trump on his trip to Washington, D.C., where the president-elect spoke with Biden and Republicans on Capitol Hill.
Musk and Trump sent diehard supporters wild with their duet of the song, performed by opera singer Chris Macchio.
But, it appeared the words didn’t come naturally to Musk.
“Elon doesn’t know the words,” one fan said.
Footage shared by Margo Martin, Trump’s deputy director of communications, showed Musk gesticulating wildly.
But, he kept glancing at Macchio as the singer belted out the song.
The crowd went wild as Macchio hit the high notes, with Trump and Musk leading the applause.
Trump opted for a more relaxed look as he was without his red tie.
But, he was seen sporting his signature 45-47 Make America Great Again baseball cap.
Fans said Musk and Trump were making politics more fun.
While others said it felt as if they were living in a movie, branding the duo’s performance legendary.
Footage from the event showed Musk wildly raising his hand when he was dubbed the George Soros of the right.
Trump and Musk jetted to Washington DC, earlier on Wednesday ahead of the president-elect’s meeting with Biden.

It is tradition for an outgoing president to meet their successor before the inauguration, but Trump didn’t sit down with his successor, Biden, following the 2020 election.
Body language expert Patti Wood told The U.S. Sun Trump adopted a macho stance while commenting Biden looked submissive during the handshake.
Trump and Biden didn’t answer questions from the press, but their meeting lasted around two hours.
Biden insisted that he would ensure the transition from his administration to Trump’s is as smooth as possible.
Trump has wasted no time since his landslide victory over Kamala Harris as he has started making nominations for his cabinet.
The brash tycoon, who will be the first president since Grover Cleveland to serve non-consecutive terms, raised eyebrows when he nominated firebrand Republican congressman Matt Gaetz for the position of attorney general.
Gaetz has been under scrutiny by the House Ethics Committee and was being probed over allegations of sexual misconduct.
The politician has denied any wrongdoing and he has not been charged with any crime.
Gaetz has since resigned from Congress.
His resignation came as the Republicans secured a trifecta, meaning the GOP will have the White House, House of Representatives, and Senate.
But, the party will likely have a razor-thin majority in the House.
Trump nominated former Democratic lawmaker Tulsi Gabbard to the position of Director of National Intelligence.
Meanwhile, Musk and former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will head up the newly-created Department of Government Efficiency.
MAKING MOVES
Trump has chosen Fox News star Pete Hegseth to be his Defense Secretary and nominated Florida congressman Mike Waltz for the position of national security adviser.
Trump ruled out adding Mike Pompeo, who served in the Republican’s first administration, and GOP rival Nikki Haley to his cabinet.
Haley previously served as the US’s ambassador to the United Nations.
Trump has nominated loyalist Elise Stefanik to assume the position.
In a statement, Trump described Stefanik as a “very smart America First fighter.”
Trump stormed to a 312-226 victory over Harris in the election and became the first GOP presidential candidate in 20 years to win the popular vote.
Trump won states such as Florida and Texas by double-digit margins, while also reducing his deficits in blue states such as New York, New Mexico, and Virginia as he stormed to victory.
The tycoon won the election despite the slew of indictments that were leveled against him since leaving office in 2021.
Trump was indicted over the events relating to the January 6 Capitol riots.
The case has been paused, and Jack Smith, who has been leading the probe against Trump, plans to resign before the president-elect is sworn in.
