Muller, 34, only came off the bench with ten minutes to go against the Americans in Hartford, USA.

The curse on the German national team has finally been broken as new manager Julian Nagelsmann led his side to victory in his debut match.

Germany had been on a losing streak this year, seeing their ex-boss Hansi Flick axed from the leading role.

After their win, Muller who has been known as the team’s “joker”, joined TikTok star Noel Robinson in one of his traditional dance videos.

Robinson usually takes away his counterpart’s phone or in Muller’s case the ball.

He then sang along to the song Calm Down by Rema and began his iconic dance with the German striker and the younger footballers behind him.

The hairstyle plays a big role in the videos of “noelgoescrazy” and at the end of the video, Robinson surprisingly presents his brown curls from under his hood.

Robinson, who is an ambassador for Adidas, shared the clip with his 36million TikTok followers – spreading the winning mood across the world.

Meanwhile, Nagelsmann’s 26-man squad will remain in the USA ahead of their friendly game against Mexico on October 18th.

With 124 appearances for the national team, Muller has had an illustrious career with his nation.

He won the World Cup with Germany in 2014 and the Golden Boot and the Best Young Player award in the 2010 World Cup.
