A FORMER model who shot her husband dead before pulling the trigger on herself feared he would divorce her over an extra-marital affair, his family believe.
Sabrina Krasniqi, 27, took her own life after shooting her husband Pajtim Krasniqi, 34, five times on the balcony of a 45th-floor oceanfront apartment in Miami.

Cops rushed to the scene after the tragic shooting was flagged by their local ShotSpotter system.
The couple’s bodies were found lying outside the apartment in a pool of blood.
Both of them were pronounced dead at the scene.
The devastated brother of Pajtim has now revealed what he thinks may have caused the tragic murder-suicide.
Speaking to The New York Post, Arben said that his family witnessed many “signs” in their relationship after the couple got together.
He said: “We saw plenty of signs, and now everything makes sense.
“But they were in love, and never in a million years did we think something like this could happen.”
Arben then revealed that Sabrina allegedly cheated on Pajtim, who then demanded to have a divorce – and this was the reason she killed her husband and herself.
The grieving brother added: “There was infidelity on her part My brother wanted a divorce, and she didn’t take that lightly.
“And she decided to take her own life and, somewhere along the line, she decided to take my brother’s life.”
Footage released by authorities investigating the case shows the glass door of the balcony riddled with bullet holes.
A yellow tarp covering both bodies was seen outside.
Neighbors told authorities they heard the couple fighting and shouting in the weeks leading up to the murder-suicide.
The couple would often get out on the balcony and argue loudly, they added.
Sabrina previously worked as a model in New York City – and was featured in an “Inside Edition” TV segment.
After tying the knot with her husband, the couple moved away from their families in New York and settled in Miami in 2022.
Pajtim’s mum is said to be devasted by her son’s death who “treated her like gold”.
Her daughter Albana Krasniki Munrett said: “Our mother’s devastated. That’s her baby. He called her every day. He treated my mom like gold.”
The victim’s family wrote in the statement: “He had a unique gift of finding joy in the simplest of things and reminding us that life was worth celebrating.
“He always said that I was his hero. I never told him that he was my hero. Now he’s gone. This terrible person took him away from me,” his nephew added.
