A RIDE has reportedly collapsed at a popular Christmas fairground in Birmingham.
Cops and emergency services rushed to the scene and have reportedly sealed off an area around one of the rides in Centenary Square.

An armed police officer at the scene in the city centre reportedly said that a ride had “collapsed”.
He is said to have told a reporter from the outlet that “some were injured, but not sure how badly”.
Images shared online appear to show seats on one of the ride tangled with each other.

Paramedics, police and firefighters have all been pictured at the scene.
Dozens of people were pictured at the park along with several police cars, ambulances and fire engines.
The exact nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed by emergency services.
West Midlands Police have been contacted for comment.
