Proceedings were streamed live on England‘s official YouTube channel.

But the stream was struck by technical difficulties.

Incredibly, it cut out as the Three Lions were drawn.

When pictures returned, England had been drawn into Group K.

Fans following along in the comments section were not happy.

One fumed: “A shambles as usual. When the sound AND picture go how do we know what’s going on here!”

While a second grumbled: “ffs just as England got pulled.”

And a third moaned: “As if it went off when we got pulled.”

The revamped 48-team tournament is set to take place in the United States, Canada and Mexico during the summer of 2026.

Fifty-four Uefa nations entered the draw, with six groups of four and six groups of five drawn.

England being plucked into Group K means that Tuchel’s men will be in a group of five.

All group winners will qualify automatically for the World Cup finals, while the 12 runners-up will join four teams from the Nations League in the play-offs.

England have been joined in Group K by Serbia, Albania, Latvia and Andorra.
