The dad of two struck big the candy drop ball machine inside the Skyline tent on Monday, October 9.
By two days later, he was managed to win an incredible 27,890 tickets.
The secret to Mr Jones’ success was his excellent ability playing arcade games, his wife Rachel said.
“I was shocked at the sheer scale of tickets, but not that he was winning, because he is really good at arcade games,” she told LincolnshireLive.
“A number of staff inside the arcade saw him as they had to keep coming over to refill the tickets for him.”
The tickets shared among the couple’s sons and other children who watched Mr Jones play.
Some were traded in for the likes of plushies, board games, Transformer figures.
For those planning a visit, the Skegness resort has more than just boatloads of tickets to win.
A brand new £2.5M playground The Skypark officially opened its doors in April.
The playground was designed specifically so children of all abilities can play together, shoulder to shoulder.
The new attraction features the UK’s longest seesaw, and four climbing towers, among other equipment.
The playground is included in the price of a break, so guests don’t have to pay extra to use it.
