While police shared the “good news” yesterday that Alissa was found, Kacey remains missing.

She is described as being around 5ft 3ins tall, with light brown hair and blue eyes.

Hertfordshire Police said: “Kacey remains missing and may now be wearing a grey jumper, jeans and a shiny belt.

“She is also believed to have a plain black handbag with her.”

Alissa and Kacey are believed to have taken a train together to Watford and Wembley.

They were last seen together in the St Albans town centre area on Monday afternoon.

Police previously said Kacey was last seen wearing her school uniform, with a blue scarf, blue jumper, black loafers and a black coat with colourful paint splatters on it.

The force added: “We are appealing for the public’s help to trace a girl who has gone missing from St Albans.

“Kacey, aged 14, was last seen in the St Albans town centre area yesterday afternoon (Monday 16 December).

“She is believed to have travelled to Watford and Wembley via train.

“Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.”

Hertfordshire Police said to “call 999 immediately” if you believe you are with her now, or have seen her recently, quoting ISR 768 of 16/12.

You can also fill out an online reporting form, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via an online web chat, or call the non-emergency 101 number if you have information about where she has been.
